Why do many patches show as 'Not Available'

Only Microsoft "Security bulletin" (security updates) and 3rd Party applications have a name listed under the "Bulletin" field. Microsoft Non-security patches/updates and do not have a Bulletin name as so are listed as "Not Available", meaning that the bulletin name is "Not Available".  These patches/updates are available for download and patching however.
