Problem Summary

Scheduled scans that have a profile other than "Full Scan" sometimes change the profile back to the "Full Scan" profile.

How to Identify

1. Customer has a scheduled scan configured with a profile other than "Full Scan" 2. He notices that the scan results show the scan has changed to the "Full Scan" profile without his intervention.

Workaround / Fix Details

PSG has a patch for this issue: LANGUARD111_PATCH_20130704_01.zip

Required Actions

1. Verify the conditions in the "How to identify" section exist. 2. Contact PSG for the patch. 3. Have the customer apply the patch. 4. Verify the patch works for the customer.
