Problem Summary
toolcfg_scheduledscans.xml file seems to get corrupted and this is preventing LanGuard from creating scheduled scans

How to Identify
- Go to 'Configuration' tab > Scheduled Scans - Right click > New Scheduled Scan - Once this is created, close LanGuard console - Open it again and check if the Scheduled Scan still visible
Workaround / Fix Details
The fix for this issue was incorporated into version 11.4
