Overview

In a Scan Profile, some patches have an "X" but are greyed out. This is due to some of these patches being part of a patch category that has been selected to not scan for in the Advanced options:

Resolution

1. Click on the Advanced button in the bottom left.
2. Change the options according to your needs. If an option shows "No" they will be greyed out in the Scan Profile.
