When remediating updates the job will hang on 'Waiting for PatchAgent to execute required actions'.

How to Identify

1. Remediation job details will show the following: ... Disconnected ...Waiting for PatchAgent to execute the required actions... 2. Check the patchagent.log on the target computer for the following lines: "info",ExecuteLine 'REM SetDownloadRelays("")' parameters '0' '0' >> "info",Parsing SetDownloadRelays command. ,"error",Could not load the XML contents.

Workaround / Fix Details

A patch was released via Program Updates for this issue The fix was included in GFI LanGuard 2014 and later versions
