The sql query applied for patching status is trying to convert a string field to integer.

How to Identify

There are two different ways to identify that issue: 1: - Open LanGuard Console and go to the Dashboard > Computers - On the right 'Additional Information Categories' box, select 'Patching Status' - The Patching Status details of the selected computers are missing and only the character ( - ) is displayed 2: - Open log file lanss_v102_configtools.csv and search for the error below: 2012-09-12,16:45:53,181,1,"#0000143c","#00000474","error ","CommonUtils","GenericDbConnection.GetDataSet - Exception caught: Conversion failed when converting the nvarchar value '{A7FB4CA5-FD11-43F2-9718-6DD8B655E4E9}' to data type int."

Workaround / Fix Details

Apply the patch http://ftp.gfisoftware.com/patches/LG10/20111128/LANGUARD102_PATCH_20120924_01.zip. The patch does not work for LanGuard 2012..
