When performing an Agent or Interactive scan the Microsoft Security updates are not detected.

How to Identify

Perform a Full Scan on a system that has GFI supported Microsoft security updates missing. It will detect all other categories of patches except this one. When performing windows update on the target you can see supported KB listed.
