Overview

During a Remediation session when copying the patches to the target machine, the following error message is displayed:

The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process

Environment

GFI LanGuard 2014

Resolution

Disable the anti-virus and test to see if the error continues. If it does, upgrade to GFI LanGuard 2015.
