Information

The development has removed the KB3012997 Language packs from the database as of 2/6/2015. There are still other language pack patches in the database. However, these are for product specific applications and should not cause the number of missing updates we are seeing for the KB3012997 updates.

Notes:

• Make sure the customer has the latest program updates.
• Make sure that agents also have the latest program updates.
• Make sure a scan has been performed since the updates.
