Overview

GFI LanGuard gives administrators the ability to remediate systems and perform certain actions before and after remediation. You can choose whether or not to display a warning message, wait for user approval, or stop services. You also have the option to reboot or shutdown the system after remediation.

This article guides you on how to configure Auto-Remediation in a scheduled scan in GFI LanGuard.

Process

1. Open the GFI LanGuard console.
2. Click Configuration and choose Scheduled Scans.
3. Right-click on the scheduled scan you wish to edit and choose Properties.
4. Click Auto-Remediation.
5. Click on Configure Auto-Remediation.
