Problem Summary

When scanning a target using a scanning profile including the Missing Patches scan, the Missing Patches scan will fail and the error "System can not find file" will be displayed.

How to Identify

- A scan using the MBSA will also fail - Access 2002 (Runtime) is installed on the target (please note: this may also affect other applications of Office XP)

Workaround / Fix Details

- if not required: uninstall Access 2002 Runtime - if Access 2002 (Runtime) is required: n/a
