Problem Summary

You can scan a Linux/Unix/MAC machine with a Private Key File but when you try to remediate, the remediation options does not have the option to remediate with a "Private key file"

How to Identify

Customer says that the can scan using a Private Key File but not remediate (there is no option in the Remediation Options dialog)

Workaround / Fix Details

This issue has been fixed in GFI LanGuard 2015.

Required Actions

Upgrade to LanGuard 2015 or later.
