How to Identify

Agent scans on Windows 8.1 and Server 2012 R2 never finish. Interactive scans work fine. You can identify this issue if the agents do not return the Security Scan results back to LanGuard Server. In fact, the scan crashes and never create the XML file containing the scan result in <...\Data\GFI\LanGuard 11\Servers\{Server_ID}\>.

Workaround / Fix Details

The fix for this issue was incorporated into GFI LanGuard 2015 (version 11.4 - build 20150130)
