How to Identify

Agent diagnostic window opens and displays "pending" in the diagnosis progress area and "Preparing agent diagnosis..." in the Diagnosis Activity and no steps are taken.

Workaround / Fix Details

Development has issued a patch for the issue: 20150810_AgentManagerPlugin_TT2810_AgentDiagnosticPriority.zip

Required Actions

1. Confirm the problem is the same as in the "How to identify" section. 2. Contact your PSG representative for the patch. 3. Have the customer apply the patch and verify it fixes the issue. 4. Close the case.
