Monitoring Kerio Control System Health

  1. Log into your Kerio Control instance as an admin.
  2. Go to Status System Health to use the following features for monitoring your Kerio Control device's system health:
    1. Time Interval: Use this drop-down menu to select the period of CPU load and RAM usage.
    2. CPU: Review the timeline of the device's CPU load for the selected time interval.

Note: Short intervals of peak load are not unusual and can be caused by the network activity.

    3. RAM: Review the timeline of RAM usage for the selected time interval.

Note: It is recommended to increase the RAM when you receive the following entries in alert logs[10/Feb/2020 08:45:28] Low free RAM disk space in ./tmp directory. Current RAM disk free space is 114,84 MB.

    4. Storage usage: View the current free and used space on your disk. If there is less storage space available, then click Manage to free up some space. Learn more about managing storage space.
    5. Reboot: Click this button to restart the system.

Note: Lack of system resources may seriously affect Kerio Control's functionality. If these resources are permanently overloaded, restart Kerio Control and then check system resources usage once again.
