Overview

The report layout of Object Access / Object Deleted with Details is not configured properly to show the user name and object name for pre-Vista based deletion events.

Resolution

To find an affected report, check for a report with the user name and object name columns that only list n/a for events based on event ID 564 (pre-Vista only).

This error can be fixed by fixing the layout definition. Follows the instructions given below to solve this issue:

Edit the layout of the report to show the data properly:

• For the user name column: Edit the custom column to be based on the standard field, i.e. subject users id for event ID 564.
• For the object name column: Edit the custom column to be based on the standard field, i.e. object name for event ID 564.
• Future builds should contain proper layout definitions for this report.
• This error has also been fixed in SR1, therefore, it is recommended to update to SR1.
