Overview

This article describes the process of adding new groups of devices within GFI OneGuard.

Process

1. Log in to GFI OneGuard and go to Manage > Devices.
2. In the left pane, under Managed Groups, hover the mouse over the group which will be the parent of the new group, click the pulldown menu arrow  and click on Add child group.
   
   
   
   
3. Enter a group name and click on OK.

Confirmation

The new group is now added in the hierarchy. New groups automatically inherit the settings of the parent node. You may override the inherited settings by applying custom group settings and add devices to the group.
