Getting Device Hardware and Software Information

Overview

GFI OneGuard provides high-level information and system specifications of managed devices, including hardware and operating system information. This article provides the steps required to find this information for a particular device.

 

Process

  1. Log in to GFI OneGuard.
  2. Navigate to Manage > Devices.
  3. Under Managed Groups, click the group that contains the required device.
  4. In the right pane, hover the mouse over the device and click Manage. The device information page will appear, as shown in the below example.

Confirmation

The device information is displayed on the left side of the Overview screen. Additional information can be accessed from the Hardware and Software tabs.
