With the GFI EndPointSecurity agent installed, when the VSS (Volume Shadow Copy Service) tries to create a volume shadow copy, it fails

How to Identify

When running a Volume Shadow Copy on the c: or d: drive with the agent installed, the shadow copy fails with the following error: Failed to create a shadow copy of volume c:\ Error 0x80042306: 0x80042306
