Overview

Inbound fax routing fails because not all of the DTMF tones are being captured.

Root Cause

The PBX or phone system is sending the DTFM tones too quickly and FaxMaker is not being able to capture all of the tones sent.

Resolution

Configure the phone system or PBX to increase the delay between DTMF tones sent to between 0.5 and 1 seconds.
