Overview

This article provides the resolution to an issue where the email body of the GFI FaxMaker Web Client cannot be edited, as it does not give such option.

Root Cause

The Coverpage option is disabled in the GFI FaxMaker configuration and in the GFI FaxMaker Web Client. To enter body text into the email body of the GFI FaxMaker Web Client, the Coverpage option must be enabled in both, GFI FaxMaker configuration and in the GFI FaxMaker Web Client by following the instructions below.

Process

1. Open the GFI FaxMaker configuration.

2. Expand the Coverpages node and select Coverpages.

3. Click on General Properties.

4. Select the check box for Send coverpages.

Additionally the coverpage option must be enabled in the GFI FaxMaker Web Client.
