Why does GFI Archiver not recognize faxes and SMS from GFI FaxMaker?

Answer

At the point of archival GFI Archiver will detect a fax or SMS based on the presence and value of the the custom email header:
 
If this header is not present GFI Archiver cannot recognize the email to be a fax or a SMS.

For this header to be included in an email by GFI FaxMaker and GFI Archiver being able to interpret it the following versions of the products must be installed:

• GFI MailArchiver 2013 R2 or newer
• GFI FaxMaker 2013 SR3 or newer
