NetPrintQueue2Fax printer cannot be installed on Windows Server Web Edition

Answer

PROBLEM

When installing GFI FaxMaker on a Microsoft Windows Server Web Edition, the NetPrintQueue2Fax (NPQ2F) printer is not installed. When trying to install the printer using the script npq2fprinter_install, the installation will fail as well.

The printer install log will show the following errors:
"info ","printer_install","InstallPrinter _ Called with printer name 'NetPrintQueue2Fax', port name 'NUL', driver name 'NetPrintQueue2Fax', comment 'FaxMaker printer driver for broadcasts', default flag: false, share name 'NetPrintQueue2Fax')"
"error ","printer_install","InstallPrinter _ AddPrinter failed. [last_error: 'Remote connections to the Print Spooler are blocked by a policy set on your machine.' - 0x00000790 (1936)]"
"error ","printer_install","rundll_install_npq2f_srv2003: failed to install printer"
