Overview

This article shows how TACAS Authentication can be set up for Exinda.

Resolution 

1. Ensure TACACS+ is selected as an Authentication Method on the AAA page.

2. Click System > Authentication and switch to the TACACS+ tab.

3. Define global TACACS+ authentication options.

4. Click Apply Changes.

5. Specify the hostname or IP address of the remote TACACS+ server. IPv4 addresses can be specified. Multiple TACACS+ servers may be defined.

6. Click Add New TACACS+ Server.

7. To remove TACACS+ servers from the Exinda appliance, select the checkbox for the server and click Remove Server.

8. To save the changes to the configuration file, in the status bar, click the Unsaved changes menu and select Save configuration changes.
