Overview

In some cases, ISAKMP (Internet Security Association and Key Management Protocol) packets are dropped by the Exinda, even when the Optimizer is turned off.

Resolution

The first step to resolve this is to make sure that the appliance is updated to the latest version of ExOS7. If the problem still exists after upgrading, please contact the Exinda Support for further assistance.
