Exinda | License Certificate Request

Summary

License certificates can be provided for Exinda appliances by the Support team

Overview

When a device or license is purchased or renewed, a license certificate should be sent in the form of a PDF file, this will include:

• Serial Number
• Host ID
• Product type
• License Key
• Support Expiration Date
• Company/contact information

If this file is lost/deleted or needed for any other reason, submit a request to the Exinda Support team to send the PDF. Please provide the serial number or host ID in the request to help speed up the process.

Internal Notes

The PDF can be generated by logging in to EBS and finding the provided serial number/host ID. Then press the 'View Certificate' link beside the Expiry Date (SS), (HM), or (PM) field. This will download a copy of the PDF. If it doesn't download, make sure that pop-up blockers, etc. are turned off.
