Cannot see a VC under Monitor - Virtual Circuit

Overview

You have a Virtual Circuit configured in your optimizer but cannot see it under Monitor - Virtual Circuit in the top VC list

Cause

The VC's in the TOP list are populated when they reach a particular average throughput for the time frame you are looking at the report for.
If the VC hasn't reached that average value it will not be part of the TOP list. It will be part of "Remaining Traffic"
