Overview

On the Dashboard in ExOS version 7 and higher, a blue pop-up box called 'Exinda Recommends' gets triggered. This box contains recommendations about creating policies for traffic, Virtual Circuits, etc.

In cases where the Exinda's Optimizer is turned off, it's possible for the Exinda Recommends pop-up box to still appear and claim that traffic is hitting the Auto Catch-all circuit.

The cause is currently unknown.

Resolution

For this scenario, the pop-up can be safely ignored and closed.

The engineering team looks into this matter and work on a resolution to prevent this from happening.
