Overview

• This article shares the process to help you remove any configured EAS account profiles which are synchronized on your devices.
  • Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) is a protocol which allows mobile devices to synchronize data with Exchange mailboxes.
    
    

Process

Follow these steps:

1. Go to: 
   • Tools > Settings (in Windows Client).
   • Kerio Connect > Settings (in Mac Client).
   • Your name > Settings (in Web Client).
     
     
2. Go to the Mobile devices section to the list fo all EAS devices connected to your Kerio Account.
   
   
   
   
3. Find the device you want to remove the EAS profile on.
4. Click Remove Device as seen below.
