Overview
At times, your local environment (group policies, antivirus software, etc.) may be causing performance or installation issues with Kerio Connect Client. To resolve such issues, you may need to reinstall (reset) Kerio Connect Client completely.
Prerequisites
Admin access to your Windows computer is required.
Process
- From the Windows Start menu, navigate to Settings > Apps & features.
- Uninstall Kerio Connect.
- Delete the Kerio Connect local cache folder:
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\KerioConnect
- Reboot your computer.

Install Kerio Connect Client.
Note: If you are experiencing issues with the latest Kerio Connect Client version, you can install an older version (9.2.5).
