Overview

When approving emails in the Configuration UI, the following error is received:

Forms authentication failed for the request. Reason: The ticket supplied has expired.

Environment

GFI MailEssentials 2015.

Resolution

• Upgrade to MailEssentials 2016.
• If you are not able to upgrade at this time, contact GFI Customer Support for assistance in resolving this issue.
