PROBLEM

GFI MailEssentials 'Keyword Checking' or 'Content Checking' are blocking all emails.

SOLUTION

Check through the list of phrases to make sure you aren't using an rules that would block all emails. For example, please see the following rule:

jobseeker OR NOT jobseeker

This would block any email containing the jobseeker or not containing the text "jobseeker", thereby blocking all content.

CAUSE

GFI MailEssentials can be configured to block emails if certain phrases are found in the subject or body of the email. This can also be done using a combination of words utilizing conditions. If certain types of conditions are used, GFI MailEssentials will block all of the emails.
