Workaround / Fix Details

Gather installation logs and Escalate the ticket. As a workaround, check the registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\ and rename the one which isn't installed on the machine, install GFI MailEssentials and revert the renamed registry key to the original name. example: Version Microsoft Exchange v6 2003 v8 2007 v14 2010 v15 2013 So, when Microsoft Exchange 2007 is detected, rename the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\v8.0 to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Exchange\v8.0--
