Problem Summary
Connection to the server failed! when trying to add a slave to multi install network. The Configuration UI of the Master server is reachable from the slave, also the master/MailEssentials_Services/MultiNodeConfigurationService.svc opens fine in browser.

How to Identify
By the below errors: "warning","CentralizationConfiguration","Warning: TestSlaveSettings...FAILED: - System.ServiceModel.Security.MessageSecurityException: The HTTP request is unauthorized with client authentication scheme 'Negotiate'.
