List Servers are not sending out emails due to DelUser being set

From ME_LSSubscriber.txt:

PrepareProcessing: setting are inconsistent, DelUser is set for a custom database

ENVIRONMENT

• GFI MailEssentials
• All supported environments

SOLUTION

1. Stop the MailEssentials services (Disable the Spam and Anti Virus Scanning Engines)
2. Browse to the folder ..\GFI\MailEssentials\AntiSpam\Data\
3. Open the file config.mdb in Microsoft Access
4. Open the ls_settings table
5. Change the deluser column from 1 to 0
6. Enable and restart the services from step 1

CAUSE

Deluser is set incorrectly when the configured account cannot be resolved by MailEssentials during creation.
