This article provides information related to installing third-party anti-spam software.

Information

• Installing third-party anti-spam software which makes use of Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Event Sinks on the same machine as GFI MailEssentials is not supported.
• If additional anti-spam scanning is required for incoming emails, it is recommended to install third-party anti-spam software on a separate machine than GFI MailEssentials.
