Overview

This article provides a step-by-step process to adjust the timeout value for the GFI MailEssentials configuration.

Process

1. Open the GFI MailEssentials Switchboard.
2. Choose UI Mode > Security > Authentication.
3. In the Authentication Modes section, tick 'Forms Mode'.
4. Set the timeout value under 'Specify user log-on session timeout:'.
5. Click OK.
