The quarantine RSS feeds are not being shown correctly in the RSS reader.

SOLUTION

When the Quarantine RSS feeds cannot be viewed, the issue can be one of the following:

• Issues with the way the RSS reader renders the feeds
• Lack of authentication support

The following are some freely available RSS feed readers which are known to support authentication and have been tested out with the GFI MailEssentials Quarantine RSS Feeds:

• RSS Bandit: http://www.rssbandit.org
• RssReader: http://www.rssreader.com

CAUSE

The cause of this issue depends on the RSS reader in use. Any RSS reader which does not support authentication will not work with the Quarantine RSS feeds.
