Overview

After a version upgrade has been performed, the Quarantine displays an error:

Cannot display the webpage

Environment

• GFI MailEssentials
• All supported environments

Root Cause

World Wide Web Publishing Service was stopped.

Resolution

1. Choose Start > Run. Type services.msc and click OK.
2. Start the World Wide Web Publishing Service.
