GFI MailEssentials does not allow the insertion of multiple email address in the General Settings page, for notifications.

SOLUTION
 

Create a distribution group from Active Directory and include all users in there that are to receive the notification, then insert the distribution group in the GFI MailEssentials Configuration > General settings > Settings.

Inserting multiple email addresses for notifications is not allowed, but a distribution group can be used instead.
