Overview

The user receives Quarantine Digest prompts; on opening the same, an error message is displayed:

Environment

Root Cause

The Network Service account is required to execute a task or a function call which are located in the GFI MailEssentials installation folder with full control permission.

Resolution

1. Add the Network Service account to the permissions of the ..\GFI\MailEssentials folder and apply Full Control permissions.
2. Restart GFI MailEssentials AS Scan Engine and GFI MailEssentials AV Scan Engine services.
