How to Identify

Open an email containing the a GFI MailEssentials Quarantine Report and click on the underlined "here" link in the "Click here to search through quarantined emails." at the bottom of the page. The page displayed will show: Access Denied The provided credentials don't have permission to view the site. Contact your administrator.
