PROBLEM
When trying to add a user to the Whitelist and save it, you get this error:

SOLUTION
Any time that a port connection is "forcibly closed" (as opposed to "actively refused"), there is either a port conflict or antimalware or firewall software shutting down the connection. To verify what is running on the port (buagent.exe by EVault software is a common conflict), run this command in a command prompt:- netstat -abn > ports.txt
