Overview

The body of emails appears blank when opening an email in the GFI MailArchiver 2011 User Interface or the GFI MailArchiver Outlook Connector.

Root Cause

Due to a large number of requests and limited bandwidth, the scrubbed email returned by the scrubber is too large, and there are no timeouts before the GFI MailArchiver 2011 User Interface or the GFI MailArchiver Outlook Connector can load it.

Resolution

1. Locate the Web.config file in ..\Program Files\GFI\MailArchiver\ASPNET\
2. Open the Web.config file with a text editor.
3. Find the key <add key=”noScrubber” value=”false”/>
4. Change the value to True
