Searching for Another User's Items as an Administrator

Overview

This article provides the steps to search for another user's items as an administrator. This is useful in cases where the administrator performs basic searches for assistance, or to check, from the console, if an email already exists in the system (through the user's account).

Process

  1. Log in to the GFI Archiver's web page using a user with access to the other users' mailboxes and select the green '+' once the user is located.
  2. Add to the user's mailbox to the list on the left-hand side.
