Overview

GFI LanGuard Troubleshooter tool fails to run and does not show any errors.

Environment

GFI LanGuard

Root Cause

trouble.exe is blocked by Microsoft Windows.

Resolution

1. Go to the GFI LanGuard Agent installation folder from this location:
   C:\Program Files (x86)\GFI\LanGuard 12 Agent\
2. Right-click on trouble.exe and select Properties.
3. Click Unblock and click OK.
