This article describes the process of downloading the Kerio Control or Kerio Operator Configuration files from MyKerio. 

1. Based on the appliance, follow Add Kerio Control to MyKerio or Add Kerio Operator to MyKerio to add your appliance to MyKerio.

2. Configure the appliance to automatically back up your files to MyKerio, by following Saving Kerio Control Configuration Files to MyKerio or Saving Kerio Operator Configuration Files to MyKerio.

3. In MyKerio dashboard, navigate to the Backups section.

   
   
   

4. Find the configuration backup you want to download.

5. Click the download icon.
