Enabling Non-Transparent Proxy Server

Overview

A non-transparent proxy connection allows sending of all requests to the firewall as a proxy. This way, the user can monitor web traffic with a different firewall aside from Kerio or the user can enable all users to authenticate own usernames from Active Directory.

Process

  1. In the Administration interface, go to the Proxy Server tab.
  2. Select the option Enable non-transparent proxy server.
  3. To enable a tunneled connection on non-standard TCP ports, select the option Allow tunneled connections to all TCP ports.
  4. Click on Apply.

Confirmation

The new proxy server should now be applied.
