Overview

The Top Countries widget in the dashboard visualizes the total number of outbound fax calls for each country which appears always higher than the number of faxes sent.

Information

The total number of outbound fax calls consists of sent faxes and failed faxes, hence failed are added to the total number of faxes sent. 

Failed faxes can happen when, for example, the sender entered the wrong recipient fax number or other such cases.
