How to Identify

1- First check that the database maintenance job is configured properly: - Go to 'Configuration' tab > Options > Database Backend > Database maintenance - Verify that the 2nd or 3rd option is selected 2- Secondly check that EndPointSecurity is not deleting any old event: - Go to 'Activity' tab > Logs Browser - Sort the events out by time and check if the events are being removed

Workaround / Fix Details

- Attach the article to the case - Escalate to PSG until the patch is released via Auto Updates
